CelerCloud Tech Limited
Update date: September 4th, 2026 Effective date: February 19th, 2026

This Cookie Policy explains how CelerCloud Tech Limited ("CelerCloud", "we", "our", "us") uses cookies and similar technologies in connection with our website and all products and services that contain or refer to this Cookie Policy (collectively "Services").

Please see our Privacy Statement for details on how we process your personal data.

SECTION 1: COOKIES AND LOCAL STORAGE

Cookies are small data files that are placed on your computer or mobile device when you visit a website. The content of a cookie can be retrieved and read only by the server that created the cookie. Cookies are unique to the browser or mobile application you are using. Cookies serve different purposes, such as helping us understand how a site is being used, letting you navigate between pages efficiently, remembering your preferences, and generally improving your browsing experience.

This Cookie Policy applies to both our public website (celercloud.net) and the customer console (console.celercloud.net).

Cookies on the public website: Our public website does not set any advertising, analytics or marketing cookies, and we do not run third-party tracking or advertising scripts. Some preferences are stored directly in your browser's local storage rather than in cookies — for example your language preference and the consent choice you make in the consent banner.

Signing in to the customer console: When you sign in to the customer console (console.celercloud.net), we store an authentication token in your browser's local storage or session storage (depending on whether you chose "Remember me") to keep you signed in. These are not cookies: they are scoped to the console's own origin and are removed when you sign out or, for session storage, when you close the browser.

We do not use advertising or statistical (analytics) cookies on the public website or in the customer console, and we do not sell your personal information to advertising companies.

Our public website loads display fonts from Google Fonts (a service provided by Google). When your browser requests these fonts, Google receives your IP address and browser information. Google may also set cookies on its own infrastructure in accordance with its own privacy policy (for example for users signed in to a Google account). We do not control those cookies. Please review Google's Privacy Policy for more information.

SECTION 2: DO NOT TRACK

Many web browsers provide a "Do Not Track" ("DNT") function that can release DNT requests to websites. Currently, major Internet standards organizations have not established policies to specify how websites should handle these requests.

We do not use tracking or advertising cookies, so enabling "Do Not Track" (DNT) or similar signals in your browser does not change how the public website or the customer console behave.

SECTION 3: YOUR CHOICES

Because neither the public website nor the customer console relies on cookies, blocking cookies in your browser does not affect how they work.

Your choices are:
